★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether it was to take photos or to simply print out a few pages, I used to do at Pharmaprix or other places before accidently learning about this store. After a couple of years of being a customer, I can say at this store, unlike my past experiences, the result is quick and always of a good quality. The skill is besides the nice and gentle personality. Recommend.

There was this old guy i asked him how much for print outs or photo copies,but he got upset and said 10 or 20 cents are not money why am asking price..As a customer,i have full right to ask or know the price of whatever service that old guy has..And then i just took 2 print outs and he charged me $2 for 2 pieces of paper!!
Its not about the money,but the old man's attitude was rude and had horrible expression on his face when i asked about rates for print outs or photo copies.
I am never going back to this place..There are better photo studuos near snowdon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy is getting too old and stubbron to run a customer facing business. Went to get my mother's US Visa photos (digital + prints). He sent the digital photo in my email without testing it. I tried testing the photo using 'official DS160 page' on his computer but he refused saying his photos can 'never' be wrong as he knows all dimensions by heart. I checked the digital photo on my phone and the photo got rejected as the error clearly shows. The guy starts blaming the way I am downloading or uploading the photo. Upon my insistance, he tried to fix the photo, but again it didnt work.
Now instead of fixing the photo, he started blaming the website, my mind set and my phone saying he has been in this business for 20 years and he just can not be wrong. And then he refused to serve me outright.
So save yourself some headache and go anywhere else but here. The saying that applies here is really true. Little knowledge coupled with arrogance is a dangerous thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead and was informed it costed 12+tax for one side and one front shot for a passport. Upon being given the photos, I was charged $29.90. Go elsewhere if you don't want to be lied to and overcharged. If you have infinite money, go here and you'll get a good photo in 5 minutes.
