★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an insurance quote. Gave the advisor plenty of detailed information by phone, said they would give me a shout back at the end of the week, never received a call back… just completely ghosted me. Poor business practise, wouldn’t recommend to anybody looking for Manulife insurance.
