I had recently purchased a diffuser that had a minor manufacturing issue and went in to see if the store could help out. Suffice it to say that they took far more steps than expected to resolve my concern. Also picked up a relax-o-ring which is primarily intended for reflexology but also doubles as good sensory stimulation or fidget.

My diffuser broke because I dropped it and I called, nice girl on the phone hooked me up with the part I needed from a sample they had in the back. That's beyond what I expected them to do for me... Most places wouldn't do anything since it's user error. Thank you! ❤️
