★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Calgary a couple of weeks ago, and I purchased a combo pack of massage and facial. While my massage was great, I have been harassed incessantly by phone calls from them during work hours. I can rarely take calls, however they finally reached me on a break. Informed me I needed to pay an additional Covid-related gratuity. I was never told about this, however I acquiesced and provided my card number. Relaxing at home after a long week, I AGAIN received a call at 7:30 pm asking for more money. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and unpleasant. Would never go again and definitely would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a massage and pedicure. The staff were all lovely and the space itself is relaxing and clean. Although you need to pay for parking, I was appreciative that the staff was able to keep an eye on the time and add time if needed. I was disappointed with a few little things, compared to experiences at other spas and at spa prices...
My massage was not the full 60 min (I was on time, my masseuse was not); I was not offered any water/tea after my massage (normally, this is offered versus going to the lounge to get it yourself between treatments); there weren't any essential oils or extras used in the massage (again, a small thing but quite common for a spa experience); the amenities in the change area are very limited (no brushes/combs, styling products or tools, and the hair dryers have little power); and no shellac available for pedicure.
Small things, but they make a difference in the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere and amenities were awesome. The massage was amazing but I have to say I was very disappointed with the pedicure.
They charge $15 for shellac removal without advance notice. Also they don’t do shellac application. The girl that did my pedicure and my partner’s were both very quiet and not very friendly making it quite awkward. Like they just wanted to get us out of there. The salt scrub and massage was not very good or thorough at all. My partner’s girl was too rough, she had to tell her that it was hurting and she had to remind her to fix a few spots on her polish before it dried. I ended up getting a buff and shine instead of color polish and my cuticles are not cleaned completely and the nails are uneven.
Will not be getting a pedicure from there again and would not recommend the service.
However I will definitely be back for a massage! Kate Jones was wonderful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved my experience at Oasis SPA!! The staff at the front desk were all so friendly, my masseuse Tania did an excellent job! This was my first ever spa experience and it went perfectly. A special thank you to Alice for giving me a tour of the whole place, she was super knowledgeable in all the products that the SPA carried and to top it off she had a bottle of champagne for us to sip on while we waited in the waiting room. She’s such a gem! I’ve been talking about this place to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unprecedented experience at Oasis!! So clean, so special, such a well run spa along with amazing staff. The theme of the spa is a unique experience on its own. Love having a tea and enjoying the quiet and warm lounges. June was my massage therapist today and she is great at her profession, polite and extremely pleasant. Thank you Peter and staff for the warm welcomes every time. Best spa in Calgary indeed!!
