J	Jonathan Moysiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cut my finger at work last night (kitchen) and wanted to have a minor checkup in the morning to fix it up. Turns out a clinic that's open till 4:30 on a Monday has the doctor walk out at 12. What's the point of being open till 4:30 then?
T	Terry Forsyth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To share my experience would take up far to much time but Dr Cheng and front staff is by far the most professional friendly group of people in the industry. Their head nurse Deserea deserves an award. Thanks to her going above and beyond myself and my family were saved from a very troubling road. Deserea truly is an angel to me, if I had not spoken to her one afternoon my life would be significantly worse. She encompasses everything a nurse should aspire to be. A million thank you’s couldn’t begin to convey appreciation I feel for this woman. I wish her nothing but the best. The best group of health care professionals I have yet to see.
a	annika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cheng and the staff are all very accommodating. Dr Cheng truly cares about her patients and is so helpful even just in the little things. I have never had a problem at this clinic and would recommend anyone to seek out Dr Cheng for their health care needs, she is the best health care provider I have ever had. I love her calm demeanour and she takes everything, even if it’s a small thing, very seriously.
A	Alex Bose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is unprofessional and were unable to provide details in advance of appointment as well as unwilling to help a patient address the requirements in a more convenient way, so now I have to travel 2 hours thanks to them when I could have been done and finished. I wouldn't go here unless you were forced, and then I dought I'd go then. The pharmacist was not engaged in his job and the nurse I saw to follow up with was short and rude with me after asking "is there any other place to go as I travel to come in". That said they are actually really good at taking your money for not much in return. 50$ to enter you into thier system for example, must be a nice cash grab for them. And as far as thier prices go they are above average of other clinics. What should have been 1 visit turned into 3 and possibly a forth.
A	Ally Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unprofessional place. Receptionist are loud and rude. While waiting I could hear other people's personal information because they were so loud. I had to get immunizations over a 6 month period and going in for my last one they said the policy had changed and they couldn't do it. Also I was no longer a student there, Go somewhere else. If you process started while I was a student i should be grandfathered in. But Ok I can go somewhere else but then you have to give me a list of what you've already given me in the last 6 months. Oh, we don't have that, you'll have to call Polaris to get it. How can you not have that? If your policy hadn't changed, how do you know what shot you would have given me today. Oh ok, here is your information. You have to fight for your own information that they have. Plus this is a money making place. If you get service on different day they will change you $25 for each new day plus an original $75 consultation. They will purposely book you on different days to make more money. They don't care about your health. Every trip there is an argument.

While the receptionist was a lovely human, it was apparent that the nurse felt she had better things to do, and I was wasting her time. I was generally spoken down to when asking questions about my health, and won’t be back. I try not to make rash judgements, as it may just have been a bad day, but I understand that regardless, EVERY patient should be treated respectfully and I hope they are able to learn that too.

I'm a student living on campus and called to get an appointment because I'm having a sever allergic reaction to something and don't know what it is. The lady who answered the phone told me very rudely that they would not help me, that they had no doctor and would not let me make an appointment for when the doctor was back in the office. Promoting themselves as a great service for SAIT students living on campus but not willing to help a student is just bad business. Id give zero stars if I could.
T	Thalse1234 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional in regard to appointment making and calling. In numerous calls I've noticed maybe one receptionist is helpful. Others are not, very disrespectful, without explaining things properly in a professional manner. Anything I ask for is a chore and too much for them it appears. Doctors weren't much better and took no time to explain anything. They are still happy to take money while offer such bad service. Dont go here if you can!
