C	Chelsea Zacharias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist at this office is amazing as our the hygienists, however, I have decided to leave this dental office due to the unprofessional and unorganized front desk staff, on multiple occasions the front desk staff have incorrectly submitted claims to insurance companies And instead of correcting they’re mistakes and apologizing, they talk to you in a condescending matter and decide that they will no longer direct bill your insurance instead of learning how to submit correctly. If you have dual insurance between yourself and your spouse through different insurance companies. This isn’t the place for you.

You never have to wait, she is always on time. Everybody in the office has a big smile. You hear often people laughing. The ambiance is exceptional.
P	P Bergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff are very unprofessional and disorganized. Our orthodontist had sent a referral letter to Dr. Rosenberg to have our daughter's tooth extracted. They rejected the letter and told our orthodontist it was due to a unsettled billing issue. First off this was absolutely not the case as we have insurance and have always settled our balance with this dental office immediately upon treatment. Secondly, the staff has no right to be discussing personal account details with another dental Clinic.

Nothing but good things to say about this dentist office and her amazing staff! I recommande everyone to go to the sage creek dental centre.

Unfortunately our time was cut short due to the pandemic. The clinic itself is up to date and modern, and overall created a relaxing environment for the patients. Working for Dr. Rosenberg was a delight, and she was always in a positive and upbeat mood. She is very knowledgable and provides great care. The staff at Sage Creek Dental were also fun to work with, and everyone did their part to make sure the clinic is well maintained!
k	kelly ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until recently I’ve never had an issue with this office. Dr .R is a great dentist and my kids really liked her. My daughter needed emergency work done last week as she was in a lot of pain. They could not take her in until the next day so I took her elsewhere to get it looked at and she ended up getting a temporary filling in her baby tooth which led to an infection and her face was completely swollen, she’s had a fever and was still in pain. I called Sage Creek Dental to look at her and they wouldn’t so we took her to Urgent care. Long story short, we tried calling from our cell phones to book an appointment for her to get checked out this week and were immediately hung up on. I called and left messages from our landline, sent 2 emails and no one has bothered to call me back. They obviously do not care about their patients and we are taking our business elsewhere.

What I especially like about this place is the fact that besides being professional and focusing on the quality, they’re also very easy going and make you feel at home, relaxed and have fun, despite having dental work done!!! Love coming here (although i used to dislike dental appointments) and will be recommending to others!!! Keep up the good work:))
