Breakout did our front concrete path and sidewalk, they listened to what we wanted and delivered. Haven’t ever left a review before but after dealing with other sub-par companies, these guys deserve a shout out!

My experience with some other contractors is they sometimes go silent and you don't know what's going on. Dan communicated in a timely manner and let us know when his crew would be here and if plans changed due to weather he let me know right away. Overall very happy.

They did an excellent job, removing all the debris and cleaning up the site. Everyone passing has commented on the great job. I highly recommend them for concrete driveway work.

We called Dan at “ Breakout construction “ to have a new sidewalk installed. Dan and his crew were amazing!! From start to finish these guys got the job done ! They are all hard working, respectful and professional! Dan oversaw all the steps this hardworking crew we’re doing as well as working with them ! The end product is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great job complete by a trustworthy group of individuals!! K	Karen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our contractor hired this company to pour an insulated reinforced 26 x 20 concrete garage pad. After explaining to Dan that this was going to also be a work studio he assured us we would get a great job. He then partially subcontracted to yet another company. They poured and got caught in rain so didn't finish. The surface was damaged, flaked and uneven. Breakout moved on to other jobs and we the home owner had to search for solutions after being strongly encouraged to fix rather than rip out and repour, which would cause delays. Subcontracted company (Aziz) walked away also, assuming no responsibility. We paid thousands in surface repair attempt which did not fix drainage or reslove surface issues. Again we were asked to live with it as hey its just a garage. Additionally, they left a 2 foot perimeter without insulation which when asked about said that's how it's done. Fast forward to spring and a soggy 2 foot interior perimeter with weeping water causing more issues. To say we are immensley disappointed is an understatement. Maybe okay for a sidewalk but beware anything bigger. We should have ripped it out.

Good communication in keeping me informed of schedule. Confirmed requirements before starting. Work crew doing prep was very precise with slope when digging and preparing base, did not rush the work. Dan oversaw the placement of the forms himself and the pouring and leveling with a crew that was clearly experienced and took pride in their work. Made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would use him again.
