β β β β β Horrible customer service. Been there three times in the last six months with three different scripts. Each time they never have the items in stock and itβs always on back order. Basic common scripts each time.

They gave me the wrong amount of medication, they gave me the wrong medication (I had to discover and fix the problem, they just bagged it up and sent me on my way), they often don't have enough of common prescriptions, and I have only ever had one member answer my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable. If you can go elsewhere I'd recommend doing so.

β β β β β We have used the Safeway pharmacy for years, mostly due to proximity, but have reached the point of going elsewhere. Some of the staff, Ian, and most of the regular assistants (seems to be a revolving door of them) are great and extremely helpful. The current manager however is the main reason we will no longer use this pharmacy. She is consistently rude, rushes customers in our experience, and is dismissive. Most recently there was confusion about a family member running out of medication early. I tried asking for some background to figure out what happened and she insisted that they had been given 4 weeks worth but then said maybe someone only gave 3 weeks and didn't notice. It can't be both. I was told "I don't know" with hands thrown up in the air and then told they were doing covid vaccines and had people waiting. Evidently supporting customers and trying to find the mistake, whomevers it was, is not a priority. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for addressing their medical needs.
