I	Inger V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, reasonable, and they often have more variety of our Chapman's ice cream. I especially like their lox salmon pieces in that small container.
K	Kristy F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wednesday 2pm in the afternoon ... Store was packed with customers, every open checkout has a large line up, self checkout had twice the line. The first checkout line we got in, the cashier just walked away heading towards the deli leaving approx. 5 to 6 customers wondering what was happening. Several of us moved to other lineups once she didn't come right back. Our next cashier in the new line left just as our 3 items were next to be rang in, with no word where she was going. She eventually came back after doing something at the customer service till. Why aren't the cashiers communicating with the customers??? The reason we came in was to visit the bakery to find FLAX4LIFE muffins as directed by the company who makes them. We were told, they sold great but they stopped bring them in. Trying to salvage the trip, we asked Deli staff if they had any Ambrosia made, they said it hasn't been made yet today, probably tomorrow. We use to shop here over 7 years ago and staffing and service was bad then, well unfortunately it still is. So we will continue to drive all the way into White Rock and shop at Peninsula Village Safeway on 24th ave where they offer great service and bag your items.

Last night I used the self checkout and since I’ve never been there after 7 pm I didn’t know the doors were closed near the Starbucks. The girl clerk in a ponytail turns to me and yells ‘Doors Closed!’ as she passes by as if I didn’t speak English or I was causing her strife! If I ever had a client come into my place of work and I treated them anything less than a valued client I should just close my store since I have no place working in the service industry.

Terrible service, lack of staff which is somewhat understandable only one cashier on at 7 p.m. busy shopping time come on!!!!! No thank you from staff, prices of all goods going up but no extra service and now we practically have to bag as well as check everything ourselves on these stupid self checkouts which double charge you if you are not careful. What happened to the good old days....

The custom order sandwiches are simply the best…no other Safeway builds them like this location. Floral department, fresh selections for every season and occassion. The ladies in this department will create a beautiful bouquet when you ask to have your flower bundles wrapped. Bakery staff always have time to answer a question or help with a special request no matter how busy. The meat department team is super friendly, and goes above & beyond to offer their assistance, there is an exceptional fellow in this department who has an engaging personality you want to talk to all day long. Thank you Safeway @ Fraser Crossing for providing such a great shopping experience!
U	Umang Banatwala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to get themed cakes for kids and excellent customer service at the bakery department. This is what we got for our kids bday and it was delicious. Custard layer in the middle and the toys on top are fun to play with!
E	Em Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loving the new styled layout and the fresh food stations such as a salad bar fresh sandwiches made right there to your liking fresh pizza made in store ready made dinners to take home like roasted chicken scalloped potatoes and homemade mac and cheese. It's the nicest grocery store I have ever been in.

Bakery at this location is much better than other locations. 1 piece of cake or pie in plastic containers in the bakery section are the bomb!! The best single pieces of cake around and they have lots of them on hand. Lots of parking. They could do better, however I recommend this location. 3 stars
