As firs time home buyer's, the thought about where to even begin the home buying process and other factors to take into consideration can be pretty daunting, but Saeed clearly laid out and thoroughly explained and simplified the whole process for us. He made it to numerous viewings on weekends until we found the perfect place we liked. He also helped us snag the place for lower than the asking price, at a time where homes were mostly being sold over the asking price! I would highly recommend reaching out to Saeed for all realtor services (buying or selling), you will be in good hands. (PS - ask him about restaurants in any area, he seems to know the best spots in town!)
