★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi to everyone I am little business owner my home Exactly behind Scott small 120th St. and 72nd in Delta the noise of Trucks and pollution of them for me and my home Benefits for someone else .from 2005 until today January 17,2022 asked this company need space in that mall, always available until today have 3 or 4 until for lease. They two or three women running show Leaseing from this company they refusing and deny to give rent . This company target people who has different Ethnicity not giving space to lease !!!!you have to be Special European to get a place from them or you to be lawyers or judges or Politicians get you right you title . I did 3 times face to face and 20 times phone calls that lease department and talked to Mangment of building but I got no where !!!! I did asked Mangment who owns the Scott’s mall . They lied and given me even the owner company name is wrong until not be able contact them , if you don’t say this is Racist issue what you can name on? You’re unbelievable doing this in modern daylight!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the corner of Scott road and 72 Ave. Has London drugs, Staples, a few restaurants- white spot, akai Japanese restaurant, Starbucks , fresh slice pizza etc. There's a dollar max which has a wide range of items. Usually busy but has large parking space.

This shopping complex includes big liquor store, pet smart shop, winners store, Vancity bank, work authority store & many more food outlets.
Parking spots are available for vehicles ?.
Costco is very close to this centre.
Immigration medical clinic of Dr. Cheema is also on walking distance.
Overall this area is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very personal little mall with a really nice Save on foods and a typical Walmart. There's lots is little shops too that sell lots of lovely things a a big Ardene's and liquor store and post office. There's a good court too. It's a friendly neighborhood mall. My only issue is the vacant spaces. Hope new merchants move in soon.
