The building is located in a premium area and it is very well maintained by the staff. The staff is very professional and attentive to your inquiries and concerns about the property. 100% recommended to anyone looking to move a few steps from the bow river at a good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in the building for about 5 years now. Great location and the rent is reasonable. Great walking trails close by as well very close to a C train station. The building is well looked after and also offers security. The best part of the building is its view.
