★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Agent went the extra mile to ensure that my van Buyer understood all aspects of the Insurance Plan. He even wrote a long description in English and then had it Translated in their language so that they may understand all the options better. That was an impressive communication skill!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a motorhome in the US and had to go through the importation process. Was lucky enough to work with Sunny on this. He was extremely knowledgeable in the type of permits and temporary insurance I needed to bring the vehicle into BC. This was very assuring to have someone tell you exactly what you had to do as it can be quite a daunting experience.
He is very responsive and seemed genuinely happy to help. Will definitely use his services again. Great service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having problems with my insurance premiums because I recently switched to a BC license and was registered as a new driver but I have over 10 years of driving experience. My last agency told me to contact ICBC to update my driving experience. Unfortunately, it took a whole month of back and forth calling ICBC call centers and Alberta registeries trying to update my records. When I finally got my records from Alberta I took time off to go to ICBC only to be told my records were already in the ICBC system!
After all this frustration I decided to call this insurance company hoping for the best and the insurance man was able to update my insurance after telling me this is a common occurrence. All in all, a refund is on its way in the mail all within 20mins of talking to the insurance man. He was straightforward, simple and got the job done. Thank you!

It was a pleasure working with Sunny he was knowledgeable, personable and really knew his stuff. I will be coming to S&S for my insurance needs in the future. Great buying experience and highly recommended.
