They made a mistake but went above and beyond to make it right. Such honest people. We will continue ordering from SR Kitchen, they are a favourite of ours!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Prince of Wales location which is still listed as open. It allows you to order and charges you but does not indicate that you need to drive across the city. Person at the north location did not think this was a big deal. On top of that it was only supposed to be a 40 min wait, it was well over an hour for it to be ready. Spring rolls were cold by the time we got home and were not vegetable, it was mushy, maybe chick pea? Chicken balls were overly oily. Will not order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have know these people and order here for years. Always great food! I read some of your comments still complaint about some of the items price change last year! To be fair, they dropped a few items' price at the same time, but nobody seemed to "notice" it. I stopped by today to pick up my order and everything is still top quality! You still get your money worth!
I just learnt recently learnt that the nice lady greeting me at the counter, she almost lost her life last year due to over working! These are some nice people and dedicated to their job, give them some credit! They prepare everything in house, for the number of hours those guys put in, they deserve a better pay if you ask me. I just want to give you guys some credit and thank you guys for all you hard work and bringing us constant great food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with our dinner for 3 tonight. The food was relatively cold in my opinion when we got home. It didn't come with any dipping sauce for the egg rolls, deep fried shrimp or any side packet of soy sauce or plum sauce. Ps It was also missing fortune cookie for my kids. Wouldn't order from here anytime soon.
