My wife is from south China and has been wanting to have some food that reminds her of home, which has been difficult to find in Regina. Though they are run by people from Vietnam they have a lot of training and experience cooking Hong Kong style food, and a menu that includes hard to find dishes like chicken feet and beef stomach. They of course have a wide range of "classic" dishes which are also very good, but those hard to find menu items really hit the spot for my wife! We were also impressed by the price... a solid value for what we got.

β β β β β My family and I go here for any special occasion, or just for take out. The staff have become very close friends, they make amazing dishes and in my opinion have the best dimsum in the city! The Singapore noodles and salt n pepper ribs are my absolute favorite!

β β β β β FINALLY, FINALLY a Chinese restaurant that doesn't use STYROFOAM for take out!!!!.....THANK YOU , THANK YOU. Best Shrimp Foo Young I have had ... J & A Restaurant is now my go to restaurant for chinese food. Going have to try the Dim Sum soon.

β β β β β I've tried a lot of dine in chinese restaurants and this is by far the favorite for my family and I. It is consistently delicious and their staff always provides great service too! I've tried both the dim sum, regular menu and bubble tea too.
My favorite items include the chow mein, fried rice, breaded shrimp and basically the entire dim sum menu. I love the shrimp steamed rice rolls, spring rolls and beef tripe.
If you haven't tried this place, it is a must in Regina! It may be a slightly higher price but definitely worth it.
