Wait for me to call you back, stop showing up and ringing my door bell Times he showed up unannounced: 3 times Times he rang my doorbell before I answered: 5 times. We work nights and we just had the long weekend(its technically still the weekend), things are busy, be more patient please.
E	Erika Nevrly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to call a second time to have my building washer and dryer machines fixed in only a few months....first time I was told I would get some of my laundry money refunded, that NEVER happened....second time, 3 seperate phone calls and about a week later I was told by Joe the " boss" I could go to there office to pick up the 3$ they were willing to refund me ....well thanks ,I put in over 12$ this time alone. I was told by Joe that I was only entitled to the 3$ because I added on to my dryer time. Well thanks Joe but I won't be spending the bus fair to come pick up the 3$from the other side of town....I also won't be loading up my laundry card with my usual 40$ a month... Barbs laundry mat is a half block away and never a trouble!

I dealt with three individuals who were all courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that I understood the problem of my appliance and how to avoid it happening again. Called again from another number and were told they will not do a return... thanks for horrible service and a lesson in what business to stay away from.
M	Michelle Brescacin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted LG about my broken fridge/freezer and the repair ticket was subcontracted to S & R Electronics. Appointment #1 to diagnose the problem. Appointment #2 to replace the broken compressor. Got a call the morning of the appointments both times telling me when to expect them, and both times was on time. Only disappointment was the time it took to get the part in stock but this was a COVID-19 delay issue, not the company.
