★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why I have to give them any stars because this place is an absolute joke it is worse than Manitoba housing I agree with whoever said that there's a bedbug problem or should I say an infestation on a lot of their buildings mine in particular stay away from 21 Bolton Bay or one Bolton Bay The staff as far as I can tell are inefficient in addition to the people that they hire to look after the building very ineffectual they don't care about your issues they don't care if you die I agree with whoever said that and whoever thinks this place and gives them five stars that they've been treated fairly are either being paid off or are literally blind stay away from this place even if you have to pay a little more money for peace of mind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than manitoba housing. They have drug addicts in majority of the suites and do nothing to keep them out. Property management does not care for repairs whatsoever and will force you out instead. I've had nothing but problems with them since the day I moved in. Do not waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sticklers for gathering of information on a yearly basis. Small price for a warm decent place to live. It could be better, but it certainly could be worse. Count my blessings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm absolutely disgusted! My elderly mother went to their office to sign a lease and was left standing outside in the cold and had to call multiple times to get through. Absolutely unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the management. Whenever I had issues with my apartment it would take forever for them to get back to me or not at all. Also for two months they messed up on my rent and tried to say I owed them more. Right now, they are holding my damage deposit just because the windows weren’t clean and the stove and fridge were dirty. The windows, fridge, and stove looked like that since we moved in and we cleaned the fridge and stove the best we could. Plus I thought the damage deposit was for damages? Which were none. Very disappointed. I went to SAM for a safe place after my previous home was broken into and I end up getting my window smashed on the first year of living at 200 Good St. The only positive thing I can say is that Darren was a very good caretaker and he was always quick to respond when I contacted him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company, no decency, no humility, gross "NON FOR PROFIT" so called company. My family member died March.14, gave a 30 day notice to vacate since its a month to month lease, they said to bad as per the law they can ask for the whole month of April. 15 year tenant, never late, never missed rent, can prove it to! They said to bad, not thier problem. Disgusting manner to have for an elderly person who the whole building loved, who did what she could to provide a friendly happy environment, these are not the people who you want to instill trust in, nor the people you should trust with family. The 3.2 they have is accurate. Terrible Terrible people, right from the first phone call explaining the situation, no heart. Hope the company is proud of the cold heartless people they have running the show.
