★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE - We booked them to cater an event months in advance of the date and everything was planned and signed. We called two weeks in advance of the event just to confirm everything was still ok seeing as we hadn't heard from them for some time and were not receiving email response. It turns out that they couldn't cater our event due to lack of staff (which would have been fine) but they weren't even going to let us know!! VERY disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Case manager Sharon has an outdated and sexist mindset of what the world and the people living in it owes her and how people should treat her. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for support when staff has such backwards way of thinking about society and what it owes her. Peoples personal lives are put on hold and their own lives and feelings are invalid if she isn't happy with how they look or behave around her. Terrible.
