★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS THEY HIRE AND PROTECT ABUSERS! Had to give 1 star to do review but Dispatch female deserves 0 stars and shouldbe be fired.l Reported a driver to dispatch and when I told the female dispatch that driver of their vehicle verbally assaulted a woman, dispatch also verbally attacked me for reporting the driver I am by the way was the second woman in 2 days to report same driver to the same displatch. Male driver is attacking women in city swearing at them and threatening them and Ryder employs him and female dispatch says women are lying. Female dispatch is not aware when running her mouth that there were witnesses.. Dispatch is an idiot for aiding abuse on women. Made certain witnesses heard the call with dispatch.Police were called on driver and dispatch.

I stopped in seeking some information on sales and leasing, but I think the young man who was servicing the rental desk must have been new this week. The more senior rental desk advisor, did not seem to interested in helping out with his young counterpart struggle, as he watched without trying to lend any sort of advice (in his defence he was on the phone).
So I left with no information, but with a loose leaf piece a paper told to call a guy in the office. "Not sure when he'll be in"

I guess some places may as well go away with customer service and concentrate strictly to their web presence; at least that how I felt when I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a move with Ryder even if they were the most expensive company thinking the name and rate would add to their services. I was told that I would get a call 24 hours the move, never happened. Till the day of the move no communication and on the day of the move, truck is broken down leaving me stranded. I would recommend you shop somewhere else for your moving needs. Van Lines made it work for us and will pick up same day at a lower rate. Ryder you need to work on communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Ryder for the first time this past weekend for a move. The price was comparable to other truck rental places, and the process was quick and easy. I love that I could just drop the truck off without refueling it and know I'm not going to get gouged. The last thing you want to do after a move is refuel a truck (especially when it's snowing!). Would definitely recommend
