★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DANGEROUS drivers. Tried to merge onto the Yellowhead today going 100km/h as posted. New way trucking driver would not move over or slow down a bit to let us in. Stayed next to the merge lane and had us slam on our breaks. Moved over right after we merged. There was NO ONE in the lane next to him. DISGUSTING. WHERE DO THESE DRIVERS GET THEIR LICENSE? I wish the police were around when this happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete disrespect for their employees. Don't be fooled by other reviews from internal family members of the higher ups.
Drivers never get paid the appropriate amount. They don't get paid on time. They get wage cuts with very little evidence to support cause. Circle checks are not done properly. Maintenance of trucks is not handled daily or even at all. Do not work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have a safety number to call since your drivers don't know how to drive. You think your time and money is more important then peoples lives. Hire some real drivers and pay them half decent insted of having idiot's on the roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are a bunch of hard working and honest people who have raised this enterprise from ground up through sheer grit and hard-work. These guys are a shining example of what is possible for immigrants in Canada.
All the hate that other commentators have thrown towards New Way trucking is totally unwarranted and these people are most likely hating the company for wrong reasons or out of spite.
