★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Mike Bannister for one of the best customer experiences. I called the office and was told to reach out to Mike on an alternate number. I did not expect after 4 pm to reach anyone and was ready to leave a message. Mike answered, said he was in the area and could pop by at our workplace.
In 3 minutes he was there, asked about the issue and within minutes it was resolved.
