After dealing with a varity of trades for the last 2 years truly, Kingston Monuments stands out as an exception. We are sitting here looking at our new granite kitchen in awe and could not be happier with the finished product. Every seam is flawless,every corner is perfect,every bead of caulking is precise. If it is possible to do a better job we do not know who would ever do it. We are at a loss for words. Recently however I attempted to place a service call. Over a period of two weeks, I made three phone calls, sent two emails, and made one personal visit. I could not get the front office admin staff to get back to me with a scheduling date. Very disappointing when front office staff fail the installation team. I went elsewhere having given up in frustration.

I then showed up in person and was told 'they had issues with receiving emails through the website'. I was asked to provide some further information via email which I sent the same day of my visit. I called the following day to ensure they received my email, sure enough it was in their junk mail; which they assured me they moved into their inbox and would reply ASAP....still no reply.
L	Laurie Filson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Father passed away 16 months ago. We entrusted a beautiful monument to be made to Kingston Monument shortly after his death. Due to Covid we were unable to bury him at the time. We organized a celebration of his life for Labour Day weekend with plenty of notice of the internment given to them. They were unable to have the monument put in place for us. We had family attend from all over the province. This was so disrespectful to our wonderful police officer Fathers memory and his celebration of life.
