We live in Barrie so it’s a bit of a drive but Rob, Carolyn. Matt and Steve made our drive well worth it. Not only did we purchase our beautiful new trailer from Ruston, when we went for our orientation we learned things that we never learned from our last dealer when we bought a trailer through them. Ruston is definitely much more thorough and more professional then any other dealer we have dealt with. We will most definitely be going back to Ruston’s for service so worth the drive. Because it was just me I asked them to give me a private detailed review on how do use my first RV and they had no problem assisting me with that. Had a lot of patience with a first timer.
F	Frankie Iacobazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that my overall purchasing experience was very positive at Ruston RV. I had been in email communication with Steve in sales for weeks. It is often hard to get sales people to communicate with you when you are just shopping around, but Steve replied to every email question I sent. When I get that attention so early I show more interest. Steve was really helpful when it came to arranging a time to see the unit I was interested in - he stayed at work beyond normal closing hours so that I could get there, and showed us the unit without rushing us or hinting that it was past closing time. We made a deal I was happy with! Everyone else I dealt with after the deal was made was very friendly and patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions. Carolyn walked me through all the paperwork and options without being pushy, and she really listened to me. Rob in service sent me all the details I asked for and pick up day went very smoothly. Dan did an excellent walk through with me. I would absolutely purchase here again. I will update this review after my first attempt at service as I know that many want to know how a service visit goes. This is very important to me as I have had good relationships go sour because of poor customer service at the service level and have heard many horror stories about people having a great purchase experience but being quickly "forgotten" when if comes to service on their RV. I was told very clearly that the service department is really busy so I will plan to be very proactive with maintenance and regular annual service. I am glad to have a place to bring my unit when it needs care. I look forward to the start of a great relationship with Ruston RV!
