★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice trail easy going with a few small hills goes along the waterfront it goes from Rush Brook docks to seal cove park if you start from seal cove end there free parking and you can walk keep going past Rush Brook to the train station park or cross the road at the first intersection and walk the trail thou the forest there along a small stream very nice walk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good groomed trail along an old rail line. At base of fern and moss covered cliff on one side and the ocean on the other. Seal Cove end has free parking, other end has paid parking near trail and 2 hour free parking west of Drydock Road.
