Great place to skate if you visit during non-peak times. Ice can be pretty choppy due to the heavy traffic.

This is an awesome skating trail in northeast Edmonton. The ice was in good shape and fairly smooth throughout. The centre where you put your skates on is really nice and has a gas fireplace that makes it very cozy. The trail has several loops as well as a shinny rink. It is set amongst picnic tables and outdoor fireplaces. It would make for a great family skate and then fire and marshmallow roast afterwards. I will definitely be back.

You can skate in a small rink area or around the entire large skating ringing within an outdoor setting. There is a warm change area, overall lots of fun and well maintained

Really neat set up. Ice trail that leads to a bigger rink with hockey nets, kids loved it. We cooked at a firepit along the skating trail.

This is a great skating trail that all can enjoy. This is a great change from the storm pond that was used for many years next to the family centre. You can skate on the trail to a open rink where you can play hockey and have a larger area to skate around in. Fun times for the family.

Great family friendly place to spend a day. They offer indoor warming area with washrooms where you can lace up your skates. Parking lot is close to the main building and the start of the ice way. They have fire pits and fire bbqs so you can bring your own wood and make a day of it. There is also covered picnic areas close to the fire pits that have lots of space to host events or simply enjoy a day in the park. There is lighting at night. You can skate the iceway or bring your own stick and puck and play some hockey. There is also a toboggan hill close by if you want to enjoy more than one winter activity.

Met up with some teammates today to check out the ice trails and use one of the rinks. What a perfect day as the weather was great and the location was awesome. Trails are a bit rough so be careful, just takes a second to adjust to it and then you're off. Lots of people out and the rink was great too. We brought our sticks and ring and played a little two on two. Was great to see soo many families out, enjoying the warmer weather. Saw quite a few using the fire spots to make some food, even saw a Birthday party enjoying the space.
