Q	Quinn Lowen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 4 ear candles at $8 each, and went home to try them out. Before I did, I researched their efficacy online. To my disappointment there is no evidence that ear candling works. I then went back to Rumors to return them. I was told that I couldn't return them due to hygienic concerns. I would just like to warn other customers that Rumors sells and promotes products that don't actually work and refuses to accept the returning of unused merchandise.
H	Hailey w on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!BEWARE!! If you are thinking of getting a piercing this is not the place to go!! I received a totally botched piercing from the lady who owns the shop. My ear was absolutely gushing blood for hours after the piercing. I was in so much pain. I ended up going to another piercer and they were thinking of sending me to the hospital if the bleeding did not subside. They also mentioned that my piercing i received from Rumours was the worst that they had seen in years. The owner of the shop did not wear gloves and instead used hand sanitizer!! The angle that she pierced my ear left me in complete pain and discomfort and I am not fully convinced that the equipment she used to pierce me was completely sterile. Worst of all i paid well over $100 for a butterfly back claires quality earring. This is a warning to others please learn from my mistake! do not go here for a piercing.

I also found her to be quite generous as well, changing the bar in one of my piercings and sending me home with several different sized bars at no charge when one nipple wasn't healing as well as the other, and required more space in the jewelry. I've seen her interact with several of her hair clients. She seems to put a lot of care into her relarionships and have a very happy, loyal following. The shop is great boutique to hunt for treasures in as well. Lots of beautiful, unique pieces of clothing, decor and jewelry. The only draw back is that there is only one Cindy! ? Also, if you're going in for something like a nipple piercing, the curtains that section off the piercing section have some peekable cracks... So if you're shy, it may be a little awkward. I'm not, so it wasn't an issue for me... But I definitely made eye contact with a man who was waiting for his haircut! ?

I feel and look 10 years younger every time I leave Rumours. Very affordable given the quality, time and care that Cindy takes with each client. Our whole family goes to Cindy (she is great with kids too). If you time it right you may even get to play with some puppies!

Her talent and experience as a stylist was evident as she not only fixed my hair, but gave me a great cut- exactly what I had been looking for, and then she insisted I NOT pay her, stating I had already paid for the bad cut I had days before. Highly recommended!! I feel I have FINALLY found a fabulous stylist whom I can trust.
