★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The groomers at Ruffington's Palace take great pride in their care of the dogs at their shop. They are exceptionally talented and caring groomers that are extremely good at making the dogs feel comfortable. I noticed there is a previous review from a Cyrus character whom I suspect is a troll. When this Cyrus posted their review, Ruffington's had been closed for Covid since March, and had not re-opened in their new location until September. So, I don't know where this Cyrus person took their dog (presuming their story is true at all, which I doubt), but it definitely wasn't Ruffington's.
Bottom line, this is a grooming shop that takes your dogs comfort seriously. No kenneling, and the staff is as friendly and gentle as can be. They really took their time with my 18yr old Shih Tzu who hates getting his face done since he went blind. He's been to a couple other groomers in town but the groomers at Ruffington's we're the only ones that took the time to get his face right. Absolutely top drawer service and great value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i called about 10 other places till i called here (just based on what was open at the time), extremely helpful and kind associate assisted me, unlike some of the other places i called. you could just tell that she wanted to help me and get my dog in for the weekend. i knew it was a long shot, but they were able to accommodate me!
i typically go to pet smart but since covid happened we wanted to support more local businesses. we found that every time we took our dog to pet smart, she would be extremely quiet and reserved and inactive after her grooming. fortunately that wasn’t the case here, the ladies were extremely patient, kind, professional, and so helpful with our questions and with our dog.
my dog looks perfect and she was so happy when we left. their prices are beyond reasonable too. highly recommend ruffingtons palace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful and kind on the phone! I was able to bring my big dog in for a nail trim today and as it was his first trim he was anxious. All three ladies stopped to assist in the nail trim and were so amazing at coaxing him through the process! We will be back and I will be bringing my other dog in as well!! Highly recommend :)

Artemis, my 15 month old, 100+ pound puppy is not thrilled with having a pawdicure & the staff is very patient and gentle with her and all dogs that I have seen in there. You can tell that they love dogs & their work. Artemis will be back soon for a full spa bath!

I have been bringing my 3 dogs here for about a year after I moved into the area.
They are great and know how to give haircuts and not just shave. I come in every month.
The parents of my mini schnauzer loved that she was looking like how the bread is supposed too. So now bring in 5 dogs.
They love ❤️ them so much that they freak out when they get close and OMG the excitement when they get there. I forgot something and came back to them sitting on the floor playing with them all.
