Roof Rider has recently replaced my roof. There was a problem with the original construction of the roof when the house was built (1996) and water was getting through the roof by the chimney. I was fortunate enough to have the crew of Ian, Alvin and Keith who built a cricket around my chimney to fix the problem. Whenever I was around to see them working I was shocked to see how fast they hustled and I have been in the trades for thirty years. I have a larger house that has different roof sections and the crew worked late to finish a section before they left even though Ian the foreman lives quite a far distance from my house. Highly recommended.

I'm going just be honest here. These guys have a superior product and you get what you pay for. We got estimates from 3 companies to replace our 18 year old roof with some water damage. Roof Riders cost was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Hard to compare Apple to apples because everyone has a different product,warranty and extras. The good...Vincent responded quickly, did a thoroughl inspection on the outside and crawled into the attic in inspected for problems there(the others didn't). He provided suggestions to relocate an exhaust vent(others companies didn't)which I was happy to hear because it leaked and caused water damage to the drywall in our bathroom. Installed a solar roof vent, 2 roof anchors to tie off when I'm on the roof and modified 2 eves troughs/downspots with custom modifications. This area was the main reason we had the roof inspected and replaced because it had caused water damage. These items were NO CHARGE on the final bill! The crew was professional, no load blaring music, no constant profanity,just showed up and got it done. The did clean up daily and keep my wives plants covered and protected. Finished 95% of the job on time in 4 days. The look, the quality the responsiveness of the quote, keeping us in the loop on what was going on all this was A+. The not so good ...they did squeeze us in while the other couldn't get us in til August, but they were still delayed from the planned start date . I know weather is a factor and out of their control. The last 5% of the job, final cleaning of eves trough, eve trough modifications took about 7 extra days but in the end it was done and done right. The disposal bin took a few extra days to remove and was a pain but again RR called the company 2x for us the bin guy was just not responsive. We did end up with a nail in out tire and some debris was left BUT all in a these guys did a good job. Hey I'm old school and I put Vincent through the paces. I want the job done perfect and I have high expectations and Vincent and him team got it done. Every question every request, every call RR handled this job with authentic care and a desire to get it right. Great local company in sooke. Would higher them again and highly recommend them.

Vincent took the time to review the roof inside and out, identified areas of concern, provided a summary and advised that I didn't actually need the roof replaced at this time. I was so grateful for his honesty and integrity and will definitely be using RoofRider and Vincent's crew when the time comes to proceed with the big job.

I had Roof Rider do a combination membrane/metal roof with a lot of replacement sheeting and all new facia boards. The job was a significant amount of work and not inexpensive, but I am satisfied with the result. There is no doubt my house has risen in value due to the work, but more importantly it just looks great and the workmanship by installers Mark and Leslie is top shelf. Vincent from Roof Riders is a fair man who stands behind his work and product. He is also very accessible for a busy man, and will return your calls and answer any questions or concerns expeditiously with a pleasant and professional attitude. The initial examination was thorough and a venting problem in relation to two bathroom vents and the range hood vent in the attic was noted. Some mold had formed on some of the OSB boards as a result of this improper venting. Vincent's approach was to replace the affected wood, and reroute the vents from their exit points in my soffits to vents in the roof where they belong. I felt Vincent looked well beyond the roof installation to ensure my house was in top shape and free of issues. The roof installation went smoothly and my crew worked very hard and efficiently. His gutter subcontractor was amazing and my new gutters look great. I have lived in this house for 16 years and my bathrooms always took forever to clear after a shower. I just accepted this as normal. With the vents being properly routed I no longer have this problem. My bathrooms are clearing properly now and I was really surprised in the difference this made. I'm sure the mold issues will not reappear due to Vincent's expertise. I highly recommend Roof Rider. They were easy to work with and I felt I was in excellent hands.

Just recently had Vincent@ roof rider replace my roof. Gave me a fair estimate . His crew came to do the job. They were very friendly & polite and did excellent work. They cleaned up the job site every day, and when the job was done my yard was spotless. Also talked to office staff they were also very friendly & helpful .
