★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their neglect to install roof ventilation on my new metal roof led to serious condensation problems in my attic and mould growth. They failed to offer any help, suggestions, or support and just claimed it had nothing to do with the roof. The roof failed inspections by two experts due to poor workmanship eg. cutting the entire mansard roof (70') too short! Expenses and estimates total over 40k for the experience of having Infinity here.
INFINITY LOST THEIR CLAIM IN COURT AND HAD TO PAY DAMAGES!!!

Any product can have a problem but it’s how people deal with it. Had a small leak after and his crew was super responsive, coming to fix it on a holiday.

They worked through the coldest week of 2021 to date only stopping when it was too dangerous to continue. Their work in progress held up to the 25cm snowfall. My new roof is beautiful and solid.
