On me rappelle plus tard pour me dire que ma souffleuse (pourtant récente) est scrape. Par chance, eux en vendent des neuves. J'ai dû insister pour récupérer ma souffleuse qui m'a été rendue en pièces détachées (pas les bonnes pièces en plus). J'ai fait la réparation moi-même avec ma conjointe: très facile. J'ai aussi remplacé les courroies et elle fonctionne comme avant. Incompétence ou malhonnêteté? L'unique étoile va à l'employée à l'accueil. I had brought my snowblower for a minor repair. I am told that it is very complicated to repair but we will try. I am reminded later to tell me that my snowblower (yet recent) is scrape. Luckily, they sell new ones. I had to insist on recovering my snowblower which was returned to me in spare parts (not the good parts in addition). I did the repair myself with my wife: very easy. I also replaced the straps and it works as before. Incompetence or dishonesty? The only star goes to the employee at the reception.

J’ai également apporter ma souffleuse en donnant une ´´ seconde ´´ chance puisqu’au final le problème a été réglé avec le tracteur. Ils ont assembler à l’envers une section de la souffleuse faisant en sorte qu’elle ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai essayer de contacter le garage, mais on me m’a jamais recontacté. I had to return several times to the garage with my tractor to find the source of the problem, obviously several parts had been changed in the meantime. I also brought in my snowblower and gave it a ´´ second ´´ chance since in the end the problem was fixed with the tractor. They assembled a section of the snowblower upside down so that it did not work. I tried to contact the garage, but they never contacted me again.

Breather gelé qu'ils m'ont dit... je la reteste chez nous. Elle coule abondamment et après 15 minutes. La fuite est impossible à manquer, et c'est pas un problème intermittent. Jugez par vous même. I brought my generator to have it fixed for an engine oil leak. They told me they tested it for several hours without detecting any leaks. Breather froze that they told me ... I will retest her at our place. It sinks profusely and after 15 minutes. The leak is impossible to miss, and it's not an intermittent problem. Judge by yourself.
