Estimation Gauge: Remaining Runtime
A major feature of the touchscreen is the estimated time remaining (displayed down to the minute) at your current DC power usage before the batteries are fully depleted. You can view either your average or instant time remaining. This feature allows you to monitor how many hours your coach batteries will run for at the current DC draw. This results in a greater understanding of how long you can operate your coach before needing to charge the batteries. The most significant implication here is with boondocking, as you now can determine and even extend how long you can remain off-the-grid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up our new unit. It had 33 miles on it at dealer, we drove 57 miles but didn’t make it home. Bang in the rear end, could barely make it up a small hill so we could pull into a lot. We waited to hours for Mercedes road side to pick it up. We were very excited but now are massively disappointed that we spent that much money for this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the plants. It was really very interesting to see how our Pleasure-Way was built. We knew it was a safe vehicle to drive and we have owned 3 Pleasure-Ways.A 1992 Dodge narrow-body a 1997 Dodge Wide-body and presently own a 2003 Ford Excel. The workmanship is still the best in the industry!! The company treats the owners as "Family!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I purchased a 2018 PleasureWay Ascent in 2017. We have put over 30,000 miles on it including a trip to Alaska. The bed is incredibly comfortable; we sleep better in our rig than at home. The build quality is superior to any other manufacturer we've seen and it has all the creature comforts (and more) than we need. We have really enjoyed customizing our van to fit our needs and look forward to many more years and miles in our favorite "home."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate to say that I am very disappointed in the after sale service of pleasure-way.
We purchased our 2019 model motor home in late 2018 and have since had a plethora of quality control and wear and tear issues and contacted pleasure way in 4 separate occasions. In all those occasions Pleasure-way either claim it is non of their responsibility or simply made us contact the part company directly without any followup. There is no sense of care for customer from the company after they make the sale.
The five year warranty has worked out like a joke. And the quality of the build is questionable.
We purchased our RV because of good reviews from others. Given my experience with pleasure way, I would not have made the purchase or buy their product again. Given their customer service, the premium they charge is not justified.
There is no perfect brand out there, and Pleasure-way is not above others with their mediocre product, unjustified premium in pricing and bad customer service.
And in all honesty, the offering from leisure travel van seems superior in design and functionality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the sixth RV and the sixth RV dealership that I have dealt with in my years of purchasing an even. Pleasure-Way is by far the best built and best manufacture I have dealt with.
I purchased from National Indoor RVCenters. I purchased this rv on my way from New Hampshire to Florida without having any idea what the experience would be like. I have never had an experience like this before. No hype, no use car sales techniques, no fast talk. Every aspect of the purchase and sale was professional.
I worked with Justin Thomas in Sales and Karla Thomas in Finance both very decent and excellent people to work with.
During my appointment with the dealer, I was given a test drive, a complete walkthrough of the unit. I was introduced to my assigned service adviser for future help. I even met and talked to the parts manager.
I have heard good reports about this dealership. Everything is true and more.
Because of the expenses incurred with traveling to get to this dealership, NIRVC reimbursed me $500.00 for travel expenses. I don’t know of anyone doing that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had three Pleasure-Ways in the past 25 years and are very impressed with PWs attention to detail and quality of construction. Our present PW XLMB has a five year warranty with solar, Truma Instant hot water, a 6.7 CF three way refrigerator, hand built wooden cabinets and solid Corian counter tops and now comes standard with two lithium batteries. It has the largest walk-in shower of any Class B+ and lots of extra room with the Queensize Murphy Bed up in the wall. I am a Electronic Technician and love the multiplex wiring which is normally only found in high end RVs. Since I retired we are spending over three months a year on the road and it is almost like living at home. The two 32 inch LED HD TVs make watching movies and games easy with one inside and one in the outside entertainment center. I highly recommend Pleasure-Way to anyone wanting a high quality small easy to park RV. Bill Felder, USAF Retired
