She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Royal Storage to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings!!

The help we got from Sarah-Rose Bendnsond was perfect and really made us feel safe storing out valuables with Royal Storage
Also the "guard dog" Walnut is a big plus.

In fact, I visited the storage recently in the cold snap we got, and the storage room was nice and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Storage has been very good for me with respect to the locker space, size and location. The only negatives were accessibility issues. Many times, I have arrived at my locker and there is a black pickup truck parked in the lane close to my locker door. When we had a snow fall, the lane was plowed, but a furrow of snow was left in front of my locker door. Luckily I had a small shovel to clear the snow away.

The 24 hour access is a must for me and my busy schedule. The staff are the best and make every interaction feel like I am talking to a friend that cares about my needs. I trust them with my personal belongings and count them as trusted friends.
