No rain or snow got in it, stayed very dry.. The peopke who work were very polite and ever think went on time ...I give the container and company 11 out of 10 .. and would recommend them to my friends and family ever time Thank you so much it was a great help ?

D	Danielle H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Upon Booking the container, we were looking to get it delivered asap but we were offered a date 3 weeks later. The woman I spoke with, said she would try to get us moved up and personally call me in the morning to let me know. I recieved a phone call that evening with a date for the following Tuesday (4 days away!). They were very kind and helpful, no issues. When the driver dropped the Pod off in our driveway, he was smiling and again very kind, made sure the pod was where I wanted, an overall pleasant experience. We thought a month would suffice, low and behold... We need another month, I called the company again and was met with a very nice gentlemen who walked me thru the steps for booking another month. Again, very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company!

You delivered the portable storage container ahead of schedule as I had requested and made special arrangements to get it ahead of schedule for me. Having the storage container here at my home was a great idea for me to move furniture out of my living room, dining room, kitchen and front hallway while renovations are being completed. It saved me from renting a truck, loading it and taking it to a storage facility and then unloading the truck at the facility. Note that I would've had to do that once the renovations were completed. The storage facilities close by my home were more expensive than having the storage container on my driveway. Also, did not need to rent a truck to take my stuff to the storage facility and again to rent a truck to bring it all back All in all service is great and less work and expense on my part. The pros at PUPS were great at understanding my needs and went above and beyond in rearranging dates to help me out. They took a lot of stress off our plate, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage/moving solution.

All my questions were answered and, when I wasn't able to get an ideal date, one of the reps always said that they would look into getting a better situation for me and get back to me. Unit was great quality and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I do recommend booking at least a month out from the date you need a unit, as the larger ones are often in short supply. Price was comparable with other similar companies for delivery, but seemed to be better in value for the "on site" fees.
