Their customer service is excellent from price quoting, to booking, moving and accessing the pod while in storage. Would definitely use their services again over any other moving company.

P	Peter Morreale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When booking the POD, the website did not add in the final pick-up charge in the price so the initial booking fee hides a $242 amount payable on pick-up. The POD was also delivered with the door facing the wrong direction and the driver simply said that is what I requested.

Well we went with big steel box because our address exists with them. Pretty crazy telling us our home address does not exist it was built 60 years ago.
S	Shray Munjal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Horrible professionalism. Our eavestrough was damaged while placing the pod. The driver who delivered clicked the picture and I called them to raise a ticket. They asked for two quotes to fix it. I emailed them the quotes and haven't received any response. They were quick to charge my card but ghosted when it came to owning the damage done by their driver. I have chased this Alex(not sure if this is the real name) and hoping they would reply but total radio silence. I'm frustrated and feel like we have been fooled. Didn't believe the horror stories in Reddit. So disappointed. Just can't say this enough- Don't take this service and in case you don't have an option, just pray that they don't damage anything while placing or removing the POD, cause if they did, only God can help you, they surely won't. Wayne the manager was also great during pick up. We had a dead car in the driveway that we were unable to move in time and both him and the driver were awesome and understanding. Amazing ?

Other than that it was smooth sailing. A great option for renovating. Prices are competitive and it's a lot less hassle than the alternatives.
