She spoke over me and tried to pin it on the company who made the dress. We said it was not like that when it came in. It had stains on the dress as well. Poor customer service and work. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion and can do what they wish but I will never recommend her. Not nice at all! 0 out of 5
E	Epi Clesis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I went there to have a coat altered do to being to big. She gave me such a difficult time saying it could not be done. I even told her how it COULD be done. I quickly gave up...out of great frustration because I need the coat because I am out all day in the cold and really need to be warm.So I then quickly went to another place and they did not even bat and eye over what I need done with the coat. My only assumption is that the Royal Sewing person just did not want to be bothered to help me.

I was very impressed when they called me the next day less than 24 hours later to tell me it was ready for pick up. I will definitely go back to them as well as I will recommend them to my friends and family. Very friendly staff. Prices are great!!
H	Hailey Toms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her work is really amazing, I had my friends wedding to go to and left my dress to be fixed few days before the wedding, she altered the dress within 2 days and did a great job, someone who really knows what they are doing!!! would definitely recommend if your looking for a reasonable price.

However, all of the measurements she took were wrong and it did not fit properly. It was too large. And she made up an outrageous price with no explanation as to the cost. I paid it and left. But I will never go back. I paid a ridiculous price for something that doesn't even fit.
