Courteous, friendly and very professional in the purchase of the new condo so I really had no qualms about getting them to list our old house. Christie told me about staging the house (who knew) and after that was done we were away to the races. Listed on a Wednesday, sold by Friday Great price, great service and they really made me feel at ease, maybe the most important thing. They were so professional and were completely prepared. They were quick to book house viewings at our convenience. As we were novice buyers, they gave great advice and made sure we understood every part of the process. When it came time for bidding and negotiating, Christie and Tom once again showed us they were amazing realtors. Our sellers were set on a price that was not fair market value, and Christie pushed hard for us -and got our home for what it was worth. Tom and Christie both worked so hard for us that, at our final house viewing, the seller even said THEY would recommend Tom and Christie to anybody buying or selling a home.
