About Me: Proud to be with Royal LePage since 2004! First as the office administrator and then as a Realtor. I achieved the Master Sales Award in 2013 and President's Gold Award from 2014-2019. I received my Broker designation in 2017. I took on a leadership role as a director for the Sault Ste Marie Real Estate Board in 2016, became President Elect in 2018, President in 2019 and Past President for 2020. I absolutely love my job and love giving back to the industry! It is so rewarding to be a part of the first home buying process for some or a secondary purchase for others. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Future home buyes beware of two agents who I had the worst dealings with when purchasing a home.
Agents have the expectations of representing a property and when knowingly selling property with deficienies and hiding major ones and then screwing the new buyer is unethical and disgusting as a human being.
Jenilee Wilkins should be ashamed of representing a home and allowing the home to be purchased.
Enough said and buyer beware of homes with her name on the property.
Also stay clear of Cathlene Green who cares nothing about her clients but the all mighty dollar.
Customer client representation at it's worst. These were my experiences with these two and are as what I experienced and what I feel to be accurate to my dealing with these two
