I called her as a property had become available on the Moon River and we had to act fast. I was in downtown Toronto when we concocted a plan. She offered to drive to the property and take videos for us to make a decision on a site-unseen offer. We saw enough to like so she worked with us to get an offer prepared in 24 hours. After some negotiation which she was helpful on - we secured the property! Heather is smart, not pushy and quietly determined to serve her clients. We would use her again in a heartbeat. The minute I reached out to Heather, I knew that we were in good hands. This was not our first home purchase, but it was our first experience in cottage country. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and completely stress-free! Heather immediately understood that we don't live in the area, and when we found a cottage that interested us, Heather actually went to to see it ahead of our visit and sent us a thorough video of her walk-through (complete with colour commentary!). We knew immediately that we loved the house, and Heather's knowledge and expertise helped us make an offer that would ultimately result in the purchase. It is important to mention that there was another offer on the table, but Heather acted in our best interest and DID NOT push us to make an offer beyond our budget. Additionally (and this is CRITICAL with a realtor), Heather did not drop us as soon as the offer was accepted or once the sale went through. Heather guided us in terms of finding the right (and most amazing) inspector (Paul Studholme), helped us find a local lawyer, guided us with local utilities and even helped us find the right person for minor updates and renovations. She always had our preferences top of mind and worked diligently to find a house that would suit our needs. She made time to show us houses whether in person or via FaceTime due to us being 3 hours away. She was always available and prompt with her responses on any questions we had.
