Je me suis déplacé dimanche dernier car une annonce faisait mention : entretenue avec soin .
Vous devriez changer cette mention dans vôtre annonce . Avec les photos et cette mention nous étions très emballé pas cette maison mais ...
Pas que de la bué dans les vitres mais une avait même un pouce et demi d eau entre les 2 vitres plus la moisissure , manque flagrant de finition a la première marche pour le sous sol , finition absente ou grossière entre la tuile et le plancher de bois . Si l annonce aurait été plus près de la vérité j aurais pu sauver cette perte de temps que cette visite a pu être . Je crois que certaines personnes comme moi qui donne beaucoup de valeur a leur temp devraient faire attention a ce que vous décrivez et ce qu'ils vont visiter par la suite , question de ne pas perdre de temp inutilement .
Je me demande si ce n est qu'un cas particulier , sinon imaginez un instant une mère qui ferait n'importe quoi pour aider son fils a vendre sa maison au meilleur prix possible .
