Raphaëlle nous a offert un excellent service. Elle a su être à l'écoute de nos besoins et bien nous guider dans le processus d'achat. Elle avait réponse à nos questions et n'hésitait pas à prendre le temps qu'il fallait pour bien nous servir.
Elle nous a offert un service sympathique et branché. Nous pouvions facilement la rejoindre par email, texto ou téléphone, selon la situation.
Mais ne vous laissez pas tromper par sa douceur et sa patience! Elle n'a pas peur de défendre les intérêts de ses clients lorsque nécessaire.

But do not be fooled by its gentleness and patience! She is not afraid to defend the interests of her clients when necessary.
