Mais très mauvais service après vente lors d’un bris mécanique survenu peut de temps après l’achat du véhicule(1semaine). Ce fût très compliqué avec le directeur des ventes, Emmanuel Firmin, pour avoir une entente de paiement car il y avait toujours un ‘’ je n’est jamais dis ça’’. À chaque nouvel appel, il y avait un nouveau problème qui survenait. Plus d’un mois pour régler le dossier. C’est pourquoi je ne recommande pas ce concessionnaire. Good sales service, my salesman, who was Denis, was always available and very kind. But very poor after-sales service during a mechanical breakdown that occurred shortly after the purchase of the vehicle (1 week). It was very complicated with the sales manager, Emmanuel Firmin, to have a payment agreement because there was always a "I never said that". With each new call, there was a new problem that arose. More than a month to settle the file. That's why I don't recommend this dealership.

Même si le prix des voitures me semblait un peu élevé (comparé au pays où j’habitais avant = le Japon), ils sont plus bas en général que le marché. La voiture fonctionne encore pour l’instant! A very nice team! I was able to buy my car in about two hours and left key in hand. Even if the price of the cars seemed a bit high to me (compared to the country where I lived before = Japan), they are generally lower than the market. The car still works for now!

We took a chance and bought the SUV as we are living in British Columbia. The only downside is the transportation wait time was too long, it took a full month to get to BC. I will update on the performance of the vehicle once inspection and licensing is completed. Excellent service either way. Thank you Belleau Auto Team for your honesty and excellent customer service.
