โ โ โ โ โ Sukh Brar was a sellerโs agent on my home and he was the worst realtor I have ever worked with. I have worked with multiple agents over my lifetime and own a a large moving business and can honestly say Sukh Brar breaches legal contracts and ignores new owners for when the purchase a home from his sellers, even if there are terms in contract which he clearly ignores. He is a dishonest agent that refuses to acknowledge his faults. I condone ysing Sukh Brar and Royal LePage Global Force as they allow this awful realtor to hang his license there.

Is a lier and unprofessional , unresponsive.
My husband and I had appointment with him 11:00 morning . We drive from Coquitlam to Delta for visit him (30 KM drive). In 10:50 morning, We were right in front of his office when he called me and canceled the appointment for false excuse . Just 10 minutes before appointment. We became nervous and disappointed with him. We never back and never recommend this guy to other.
SUMIR , have some respect to people.
