He actually understands your need and try to fulfill all your requirement starting from ur selection of house to closing , he is available 24x7 to help you , i changed 4-5 realator but after meeting karam .. .i would keep him permanent realtor for all my future properties . I am happy to have first home by karam . He didnt even help me in selection of right home but also for mortgage, lawyer , mortgage problems .

It took long , I left the hope of buying house in BC because I saw houses from surrey all around areas and upto Chilliwack, Mission and all around, but he always supported me and his efforts and hard work makes surrey my home and even in my budget, I m not talking about townhouse I'm talking about house in budget. Karm had a great attitude from start to finish. We viewed multiple homes a week and Karm always showed up and provided valuable information for each home we looked at.
