R	Rob Livingston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety for dim sum. Food quality is very consistent. Prices are reasonable to high side. They give a discount if you are an early eater. (Not weekends) If you are planning to eat at noon or later , reservations are highly recommended.staff is very good and attentive. They change your plate as soon it is dirty. (December 2021, they are currently checking vaccination passes and ids). Park on top floor to access restaurant directly.

Ambiance cannot be beat, with chandeliers hanging from a high and well ventilated ceiling. Service was also commendable. I hope they can maintain this high level dining experience. ??

Kitchen accepted our request to change the meat to chicken for our rice noodle. Be careful if you are allergic to prawns as they put prawns in many “vegetable” dish , e.g. lotus root cake, steamed chicken buns, and soy sheet “bamboo” rolls （鮮竹卷）

The cheong fun was so so. If possible, come for lunch and dinner as you have more choices and the food indeed look very appetizing.

And the ground beef with cilantro rice roll (although not that pretty) was quite good. Also liked the coconut and mango jello. The siu mai was ok but nothing more. I wasn't expecting much from the xiao long bao but it was pretty juicy. We also ordered the lobster special with efu noodles. While the lobster was ok, it was missing a bit in terms of flavour.
