โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unprofessional and impatient services from "Victoria Huang". She always cover her mouth, no eyes contact and no smile, even we gave her over CAD$12000 business. She doesn't help us to book our seats, we need to do our own. She didn't ask my permission to use my credit card to pay something. She chose whatever she likes for our show schedules, without asked us first. We need to run between theaters within 15 minutes with 2 senior with 70+ and 80+ years old. We were so disappointed for our trip. Their prices are cheaper than others, but worst services ever in our life. Wont go there again.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked our river cruise in Richmond location, we arrived 15 minutes before they closed, they closed at 5pm, Victoria Huang so nice to us, she always smiled, she helped us step by step and very clear to explain all questions we asked, even helped to call my credit card company to see how much credit I still have etc, we stayed over 1.5 hours, all staffs left, she still very patient to us, 100% will go back for next cruise. Thanks for Victoria Huang
