About Royal Dance Conservatory

Jenna was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has shared her love for dance across Canada as well as in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Jenna is a 2019 graduate of the Professional Program of the School of Contemporary Dancers and has been teaching for over 6 years.
Some of her past projects within the professional dance community include: 40 Dancer Project (New Blue Festival, Toronto), Stream of Dance Festival 2018 (New Dance Horizons), Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra – Mars (Odette Heyn-Projects), Paula Blair Projects, Stephanie Ballard: Landscape Dancing: Human Rights Museum, Landscape Dancing (Stephanie Ballard and Dancers), LIVE Dance (BOSS Dance Crew Winnipeg), Creando lazos a través de La Danza – Mexico 2019 (“Creating ties through Dance”) in collaboration with the School of Contemporary Dancers, Roberto Mosqueda, and Ilse Torres, Winnipeg Women Dancing Performances (Stephanie Ballard).
Jenna joined our RDC teaching staff back in 2015. Her passion is working with students, building their confidence, and challenging them to grow in their technique and artistry.

My daughter loved it so I signed up her up right after the class. Looking forward to her next class and recital. Would definitely recommend this place

Nicole provided me with answers to any questions, as well as stayed in touch once I had signed up my daughter. When we first arrived we were greeted warmly and they made my daughter feel very welcomed. At the end of class my daughter could not stop raving about Nicole, and the kids she had the opportunity to interact with. All were helpful and the kids seemed to also be excited to introduce her to the dance they were learning. We signed up immediately. My daughter looks forward to her continued time and growing experience with the wonderful individuals at Royal Dance Conservatory.

The ladies there let my children try any class, the first time FOR FREE! I got $40 when I registered at the trial class and now my children are both enrolled in ballet/tap/jazz and hip hop! I loved how they allowed my kids to jump into the season late, and the instructors have hearts of gold! One of the dance teachers just gave my daughter a pair of jazz shoes and wanted nothing for them! I highly recommend the Royal Dance Conservatory!

Especially, this season. The reminders that you provide for busy families, taking into consideration affordable costumes/rentals and all the other details. We plan to register our daughter, again, for the next season/dance year, as she really enjoys it and is passionate about dancing. A passion created by the committed, caring instructors, as well as the culture that has been established in the facility; a community of successful dancers. I appreciate the many changes you have made to enhance your studio on every level, which, I'm sure hasn't been easy the last couple years with the obstacles of the pandemic. Our daughter loves her dance instructors and coming to Royal Dance. We are very excited to attend the recital and see all the hard work put into it; we know it will be exceptional! We are looking forward to having Jasmine continue her journey as a dancer at Royal Dance for years to come!
