★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a couple of hand made rugs passed down to me that were over 60 years old and I had them cleaned every year for the 12 years that they were in my possession. Unfortunately after my son was born much of his playing and eating was done on one of the rugs, this caused many stains which were declared unrepairable by the company I was dealing with. My mom recommended Royal and I thought i would give them a try considering their was really nothing to loose. Right from the start i was treated with professionalism, The VP Sohail came to have a look himself, and explained what could and couldn't be fixed and told me i wouldn't be charged if they failed to clean it as promised. they wraped both rugs and took them away. 4 Days later i received the rugs back absolutely amazed. they were 3 days early and they looked better than they have over the 40 years they have been in my family. This company is professional, timely, positive and just an overall wonderful company to deal with. They have definitely won me and my family over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They caused $1200.00 damage to my furnace while duct cleaning. This was not covered under warranty for the damage they caused and I was out of pocket the $1200.00. They did not take any responsibility for causing the damage and did nothing about it.
My carpet was not vacuumed prior to shampooing. When received back I had to re-do it all myself.
The services were done in November 2016 and they did nothing to compensate for the damage they caused. This company cost me time, extra work and a lot of money!
Do not use this company, they do not know what they are doing.
There is no option to give less than 1 star, for the record I wouldn't even give them that!

I was quoted a great price compared to other carpet cleaning places I called. The carpet looks amazing! We are very satisfied with the service and professionalism.These guys know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jan30, 2017, They gave me a decent price for 3 bed rooms, hallway and stairs but the quality of work was really poor. Carpet looks only 20% better then before. I made a wrong call.
Owner reply is very disappointing......YOU can't win with Excuses my dear owner.....excuses will take you no where.....Please Improve your service, Machine and detergents......After 7 hours of drying the results are 2/10.
The bottom line is - Today I saved $35 by not calling the other company and lost $125 dollars with them.

Great price.
Only think I would recommend wearing shoe coverings when entering house. Other than that thank you Sahid and his partner for a job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in the quality of service that I received when I engaged them for their duct cleaning services. They blew some of the dust that was in my duct all through the house and I ended up having to clean the whole house afterwards. Additionally, the hose that they had run through the house had residue on it and left alot of dirt on the floor.

Technicians were on time, inspected the carpet area and clearly explained what can be done and what cannot be done, like paint stains will not completely removed. Pleasant mannered and completed the work professionally. Carpet dried fully around 6 hours and we are satisfied with the results. Our carpet and duct cleaning was done professionally 13 years ago and Royal carpet technicians did a very good job. I will recommend to any one who wants carpet and duct cleaning services. Some suggestions for the company. Carpets does not dry within 4 hours as mentioned in your website, it takes around 6-8 hours to dry fully. Royal can upgrade their duct cleaning services by adding a camera photo so that customers can see how their ducts were before and after cleaning, seeing is believing. I am sure this investment of camera photos will enhance customers satisfaction and off late it is inexpensive to add camera probes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would certainly rehire and recommend this service for any l anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. We are very happy with the quality of work. We had some tough pet stains and the carpets look brand new! They also did a very thorough job with our couch.
