Always arrive on time and they leave my place sparkling clean and spotless. If I have any special requests I just let the office /team know and it's done. I'm so very pleased with Vertnet Professional Cleaning Services and I look forward to the "cleaning day" each month. Love coming office to a clean place!

Our landlord was very demanding in terms of what was required to be cleaned so we were a little bit concerned with finding the right people for the job. The first cleaning service he had recommended us quoted us an insane amount so we went for Best One Cleaning. Organizing was very smooth, and the team cleaners arrived right on time and was very pleasant to work with. They completed everything our landlord asked us for and did so quickly and for a competitive price. Would definitely hire them again.

I asked them to do a very very deep clean of my apartment before I moved out and they were very careful cleaning every corner of the floors, all appliances and they even made the bathroom sparkling clean. Both were also extremely friendly. Will certainly work with them again and recommend to my friends. Very professional and thorough

And the floor was squeaky clean! Even the bathroom was dust free. Thank you again. Will absolutely recommend them to friends and work with them again. Super friendly!

I haven't had a deep cleaning for over ten years and my oven, refrigerator, the bath tub all sparkle now. They got all the accumulated dust around the edges of the walls, they cleaned the window sills...just amazing. The team was right on time, extremely sweet and courteous, and absolutely professional. Team was also so super responsive during my booking. I'm so grateful I found them! Thanks so much!

From being available with such short notice (we called at 9am and was able to assemble a team within two hours!) to providing a very meticulous cleaning... I would highly recommend! The cleaning crew was very careful and paid attention to detail, catching all of the dust and dog hair in every nook and cranny. I was especially pleased with the overall look of the bathroom and kitchen once they were done. Overall fantastic job and for such a reasonable price for almost a 3 hour cleaning. I will definitely reach out to best one cleaning services team again in the future!
