Results were great and they made my carpet looks new. I added my sofas and rugs as well to get some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and got a quote over the phone. Was supposed to be here for 7 but didn’t show up until 8. I was told it would take an hour to clean two couches but they were done in about 20 minutes which should have been my first clue they didn’t do a great job. Before starting they quoted us at (130) and then once they were here and started, my husband was told that they would not be able to properly clean the couches unless we paid extra (150.00) to get stains out and to mask the smell of the chemicals they were using to clean. While they were here they tripped a breaker and while my husband was upstairs one of the men decided to put the light on his phone and just go to the basement to find the breaker box without asking anybody (it’s actually in the garage) It’s been 24 hours and the couches still aren’t dry and because my area rug got so wet from the run off is now dirtier. I notified them because the couches are still wet and was told they actually used the upgraded chemicals they were going to charge us for and didn’t tell us about it and that’s why they are still wet and should be dry by morning, Owner was apologetic and did have my couches cleaned again at no charge.
The owner claimed I threatened to call the police but that was not what happened. I called the Police because I felt I was being intimidated into changing the review with repeated phone calls and texts so I reminded him of freedom of speech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service by these guys was upmost professional and completely different from from my past experience. they told me all the things i have to do to maintain my furniture and carpet . things i should avoid to keep them in good condition and all of this apart from their service . they were polite and took their time to finish the job not like others who just come and leave the next moment. completely satisfied with these guys . 10/10

The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results. He called me in the evening to make sure all went well which I truly appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harry and his team was absolutely great, on time, wore a mask,boot covers and gloves which was my main concern due to pandemic. We had our carpets and upholstery steamed in our recreational room with the add-on conditioning and it looks better than we could have hoped. Super easy and nice customer service on the phone as well.
