★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and highly recommended. Our parcel delivery from Pakistan was impacted by the suspension of flights from Pakistan at end of April due to COVID-19. However, Umair had kept us informed & updated with alternate arrangements and our parcel had arrived soon after that as promised, that’s really amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a U-Haul cargo van reservation for 10 am. After completing mobile check-in, I had to get a key from inside the office, but it was closed. I then noticed the van had a flat tire. I called U-Haul customer service and after waiting 20 minutes on hold, I was given the reservation at a different location. While I was waiting on hold, I saw the owner/employee show up at 10:37 am. They were supposed to open at 10. I had called the office at 10:22, there was no answer and I left a message. I never received a callback but it’s possible they saw I had another reservation already. I wouldn’t rent from this location again.

Was kept updated during the whole time which was great. Great on prices too. Highly recommend for getting your parcels from Pakistan to Canada. Keep up the good work ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to send 2 full boxes of clothing to an organization in Pakistan. The gentlemen helping me did their best to make sure that all of the clothing went safely & securely. They also plastic wrapped it so that the box wouldn’t get damaged. I appreciate the services that they provided :).
